SITI ROHANI AHMAD brings with her more than 30 years of hands on Human Resources Management experience, both at operational and strategic levels. The combination of her analytical mind and management skills makes her a fine trainer and coach as well as a passionate guide for all HR matters. Siti is also highly qualified and certified in multi-disciplines including coaching, leadership learnings, hospitality and labour relations.
As a Human Resource specialist, Siti has been practicing in various industries including banking, manufacturing and the most recent being hospitality where she was involved in several pre-opening and re-opening of properties under international hotel chains including Shangri-La International Group of Hotels & Resorts and Sunway International Hotels & Resorts. Siti has also been appointed as a panel member of the Malaysian Industrial Relations Court in 2016 by the Ministry of Human Resources
